During week one of our stay in Shanghai, we will choose to visit various different popular attractions in Shanghai, some of these attractions include:

City God Temple

One of the top attractions in Shanghai, the City God Temple is acknowledged as the center of tourism in Shanghai today. With many things inside the City God Temple, it’s almost as if you are in a small town a hundred years ago.

The Bund

To allow our tourist attractions to be as diverse as possible, we will be spending some time in the Bund. The Bund is a whole road of buildings with a restricted height limit, and truly a sight to see, especially at night when all the lights are up.

Shanghai Oriental Arts Center

The Shanghai Oriental Arts Center is a landmark building that displays how western art and art forms have developed in China over the recent years. This attraction was only released as recently as 2005 (actual date was 31 December 2004), but nonetheless, this attraction is something you definitely should not skip out upon.

Shanghai Zoo

Back on our topic of a sustainable lifestyle, the Shanghai Zoo is constantly improving the environments the animals are in. In order to learn more about wildlife, we will be visiting the Shanghai Zoo, which was also praised as one of the best ecological gardens in Shanghai.

Oriental Pearl Tower

The Oriental Pearl Tower is one of the most identifiable features of Shanghai. It’s unique shape and design make it a work of art, yet at the same time, a very beautiful tourist attraction.
